60 or 90 minutes

$90 per hour / $105 per 90 min with Master Trainer, Lisa Lansing
$75 per hour/ $90 per 90 min with Pre-Trainer, Christina Kohler
$65 per hour wtih Certified Teachers, Sarah Shemory, et. al.
$50 per hour with qualifying Apprentices

GYROTONIC® Side by Side Appointments
Because the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is a "practice" you develop over time, it doesn't have to be done privately with an instructor every time. Eventually, students work independently as well. When working alone, students use a machine and do their own practice while an instructor is present in the studio. To prepare students for the big step of working independently, we offer the Side by Side Appointment. Your instructor works on a machine next to you and takes you verbally through your personalized practice. Not only do you hear your cues, you also see the instructor and have the visual reminder.

For students wishing to augment their private appointments with personal practice. The Independent Appointment is for the practioner who really wants to develop a personal, intimate practice with the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®. This is recommended for everyone!
