Teacher Training

1. Experience with GYROTONIC® and / or GYROKINESIS® methods

• As of March 2011, all GYROTONIC® students must have experience with a teaching protocol we call "Progression 1" before entering the Pre-Training program. This may be done in a group or private setting. Hours to accomplish this will vary between 15 and 25 hours, depending on the student.
• GYROKINESIS® students also need experience prior to Pre-Training. This may be accomplished by taking classes or by studying the DVDs.

2. Pre-Training with an Authorized Pre-Trainer
3. Foundation Training with a Master Trainer where you become a Licensed Apprentice
4. Begin Apprentice teaching with clients and / or classes
5. Apprentice Review Course with a Master Trainer
6. Continue Apprentice teaching
7. Final certification in South Beach, FL or at a variety of International Locations around the globe.

GYROTONIC® Foundation Training
